Residency-only: Annual credits apply solely to WCC Residency inventory. Partner castles use the % discount, not credits.

Seasonality: Off-peak (weekdays/shoulder seasons): credits fully usable. Peak weekends / holidays: subject to limits, co-pay, or lottery/priority; Guardian has top priority.

Stay length: Max 2 consecutive nights per booking via credits (to prevent inventory lockup).

Approval flow: All Residency credit bookings are requested then confirmed (inventory & budget check).

Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over by default; WCC may announce one-time, limited rollovers.

Co-pay: If a night exceeds your remaining credit (after multiplier), you may co-pay the difference.

Blackout dates: WCC may publish blackout periods for certain Residencies

Membership NFTs (tiers) are transferable; any unredeemed credit and standard perks transfer with the NFT.

The Steward/Guardian identity badge is non-transferable (soulbound-style), tied to the original holder’s profile.

Upgrades allowed anytime by paying the price difference; tier-based perks update immediately; annual credit resets at next cycle per program rules.
 

Polls (non-binding), open discussions.

Quarterly community updates; annual members’ assembly (virtual or hybrid).

Standard DAO voting rights.
 

Annual credit validity: 24 months from activation; renews on membership anniversary.

WCC may request basic KYC for high-value redemptions or to comply with local regulations.

All terms may be calibrated annually with community input; updates are announced in advance.

Fair Use Clause

The World Castle Club Membership Program is designed to provide authentic, equitable, and sustainable access to castle experiences. All members are expected to use their annual stay credits in good faith, for personal or invited guest stays only.

Excessive or automated bookings, resale of stay credits, or behavior that obstructs fair access for other members may result in suspension of booking privileges or temporary account review. World Castle Club reserves the right to verify member identity before confirming high-value or peak-season reservations.

No-Scalping Clause

World Castle Club membership NFTs represent access rights and community privileges—not speculative financial instruments.
Members are free to transfer or sell their memberships, but deliberate scalping, bulk resale, or market manipulation intended solely for profit undermines the community spirit and may lead to the revocation of associated benefits or community access.

To protect genuine members, World Castle Club may implement resale limits, waiting periods, or whitelist systems for new buyers if abnormal trading activity is detected.
