1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.worldcastle.club (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Workaction Tech, Inc. (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents World Castle Club, its selected partner castles and historic estates, and stays, Club Editions and private experiences that may be arranged through the Club.
All castles and estates presented publicly on the Website are open to enquiry through World Castle Club. Certain stays and estate offerings may also be available publicly through an estate’s own channels; however, experiences created or arranged through World Castle Club may include specially conceived programmes, personal hosting, preferential Club arrangements and other elements not forming part of the estate’s standard public offering.
The Website does not currently process bookings, membership payments or other payments directly. Following an enquiry and confirmation of availability, World Castle Club may provide a separate proposal and contractual terms. Where an arrangement is confirmed through World Castle Club, the guest’s final agreement is entered into with World Castle Club, unless the relevant proposal expressly states otherwise.
Membership is offered through application or personal invitation and cannot be purchased automatically through the Website. Membership fees, benefits and applicable terms are communicated personally before membership is confirmed.
3. Shared Castle Concept
The shared-castle concept described on the Website is currently under development. It is presented for general information only and does not constitute an offer, invitation or recommendation to acquire an ownership interest, investment, membership, or right to use or occupy accommodation.
Any future opportunity will depend on its final legal and operational structure, eligibility requirements, contractual documentation and applicable law.

You may contact us through the Website or by email. Please provide information that is accurate and relevant to your enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a membership, booking, agency, advisory, investment or other contractual relationship. We may decide whether and how to respond to an enquiry.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Newsletter
If you choose to subscribe, we may send you news, stories, invitations and updates from World Castle Club. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and requires your separate consent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us at hello@worldcastle.club. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Further information is provided in our Privacy Policy.
6. Partner Estates, Information and Availability
The castles and historic estates presented as part of the World Castle Club collection are selected partner estates with which World Castle Club works to arrange stays, private occasions and specially conceived experiences. World Castle Club remains independently operated, and no partner estate is responsible for the ownership, management or general content of the Website.
Descriptions, photographs and other information are intended to present the character of each estate and the possibilities that may be arranged through the Club. Availability, accommodation, hosts, activities and programme elements may change and are confirmed individually in writing.
Nothing displayed on the Website constitutes a confirmed booking or guarantees availability. A booking or experience becomes binding only when the relevant proposal and contractual terms have been accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, branding and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to Workaction Tech, Inc. You may view the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or commercially use its content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. External Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.
